Mr Bello attended Bendel State University, Ekpoma, Edo State, now Ambose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State where he graduated in 1991 and bagged an LL.B (Hons) Degree. He also graduated from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1992. Mr Mustapha also attended the University of Lagos where he bagged Masters of Laws Masters of Laws (LLM) degree. Mr Bello has acquired extensive experiences in areas especially in litigation and corporate practice. He was a Counsel in the Law Firm of Awoliyi & Co, Legal Practitioners and Notary Public between 1992 and1993. He later moved to the firm of H. O. Davies & Co, Legal Practitioners from the year 1994 - 2013 before he joined the firm of Henry Omu & Co. as a Senior Associate. Mr Bello is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA).
